All our products are made to order and personalised for you, so we have a 24 hour cancellation policy.

After 24 hours, we pass your order to production and from then on we can't cancel.

If you wish to cancel within 24 hours from purchase, please use our Order Cancellation form.

As our products are personalised and made to order for you, we don't generally offer refunds.

However, we will review the specific information and work with you to try and resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Each order is created 24 hours after purchase, then moves to production. Production times are product dependent, but range from a few days to several weeks.

Once ready, orders are shipped direct to you. Shipment times are also product dependent and range from a few days to a few weeks.

We aim to complete all orders within 30 days, and often much less.

We will keep you informed on progress and issue a tracking number for your convenience.
